Privacy Policy

What the app stores, and where

• Project and resource data (imported Azure inventories, relationships, findings, generated documentation) is stored in a local database on your machine. It is never uploaded to us.
• Credentials (your AI API key, license key, and any Azure connection secrets) are stored in the macOS Keychain, protected by your system login.
• Settings and token-usage statistics are stored locally alongside your projects.

What leaves your machine

The connections you initiate:

• AI requests: when you use AI features, the relevant project context is sent directly from your machine to your chosen provider (OpenAI or Anthropic) using your API key, under that provider's terms. We are not in that path and never see the content.
• Azure API calls: if you use live discovery, the app talks directly to Microsoft Azure with the credentials you provide.

And one connection the app makes on its own:

• Update check: once when the app starts, and whenever you press Check for updates in Settings, it downloads a single static file from discovery.zoniteai.com listing the latest version. The request contains no license key, no account, no machine identifier, no usage data, and nothing about your projects. It does not even send your current version: the app compares versions locally after downloading the file. Our web host logs it as it would any file download, an IP address and a timestamp, and we do not connect that to a customer. If the check fails or is blocked, the app carries on without saying anything, and you can install updates yourself from the website instead.

There is no analytics SDK, no crash reporter, and no telemetry in the app. The update check is the only request it makes without being asked, and it tells us nothing about you.

What we collect when you buy

Purchases are processed by our payment provider (Wompi). We receive your name, email address, and payment confirmation, not your card details. We use your email to deliver your license key, respond to support requests, and (rarely) send important product notices. We don't sell or share your information with anyone, and we keep purchase records as required for accounting and tax purposes.

This website

Our website is a static page and sets no tracking cookies.

Your choices

• All app data can be deleted by deleting the app and its data folder. It is your machine.
• To have your purchase record corrected or your email removed from our records (where the law doesn't require us to keep it), contact us.
