Terms of Purchase & End User License Agreement

1. License

When you purchase a license, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App for your professional work:

• One license covers one person on up to two machines they own or control.
• Teams need one license per person using the App.
• The license covers all future updates of the App, including support for additional cloud providers when released, at no extra cost.

2. What you may not do

• Share, resell, or publish your license key.
• Circumvent or disable the license activation mechanism.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App, except where law expressly permits.
• Use the App to violate any applicable law or third-party agreement (including your agreements with Microsoft Azure and your clients).

3. Your AI provider account

AI features require an API key from a third-party provider (e.g. OpenAI or Anthropic) that you supply. Your use of those services, including their fees, terms, and data policies, is between you and that provider. We are not responsible for third-party service costs, availability, or output.

4. Your data and your clients' data

The App runs locally and stores its data on your machine (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for having the right to process any infrastructure data you load into the App, including data belonging to your clients.

5. Professional judgment

The App produces assessments, documentation, and AI-generated content to support your work. Output may contain errors or omissions, and AI-generated text in particular must be reviewed before use. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, and we are not liable for decisions made, or deliverables produced, based on the App's output.

6. Refunds

If the App doesn't work for you, email edward@zoniteai.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunded license keys are deactivated.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the App is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business.

9. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you materially breach these terms. Upon termination you must stop using the App and delete your copies.

10. Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases and future versions. The terms in effect when you purchased govern your license.
